A quote request is not an order or a payment. Final pricing and scope are agreed with the customer before production begins.
Submitting artwork
You must have permission to supply artwork and to request that it be reproduced or converted. Uploads must not contain malicious content.
Quotations and approval
We assess each request individually. Scope, price, turnaround, supplied formats, revision allowance and payment arrangements are confirmed in the written quotation. Production begins after the agreed approval and payment conditions have been met.
Files and production
We provide digital files, not physical embroidery or garments. The receiving embroidery shop should test sew the file on the intended machine and fabric before bulk production. Notify us of issues under the revision terms agreed in your quotation.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Changes to the agreed scope may require an adjusted price or delivery date. Cancellation and refund conditions must be agreed and stated in the quotation or invoice before payment.
The site owner must confirm actual entity and applicable jurisdiction details and obtain a legal review before commercial launch. Contact us about a specific quotation.
