This page describes how the Naik Digitizing quote form is implemented. Review and adapt it for your actual legal entity, hosting, payment and retention practices before publishing.
Information collected
When you request a quotation we collect your name, business name if supplied, email, production requirements, artwork file and any instructions you provide.
Purpose and access
We use this information to evaluate your request, communicate a quotation and fulfill agreed services. Uploaded artwork is stored in a private bucket and accessible to the team through authorized server-side access.
Service providers
Our configured database and private file storage provider processes quote records and artwork. Our configured email provider sends order notifications. Hosting providers process the information needed to deliver the website.
Artwork and requests
We do not claim ownership of uploaded artwork through the quote form. To ask about a stored submission or request deletion, use the contact page and provide your order reference.
The site owner must supply any jurisdiction-specific disclosures, actual retention schedule, legal identity and additional provider information before production launch.
